This monument commemorates the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) held in Kampala, Uganda from 23-25 November 2007. Built in memory of the hosting of the Commonwealth Heads of Government, (CHOGM) in 2007. The monument is found just behind the parliament gardens in Kampala city.
